DIEFFENBACHER is an independent family business dating back more than 150 years. As part of the Finance and Controlling team, you’ll help ensure the financial independence of our family business.

As a member of the Service and Spare Parts team, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll contribute your technical expertise to support our customers and their DIEFFENBACHER system. Exciting projects in modernization and spare parts processing await you in the commercial area.

As part of our IT department, you’ll ensure the availability of our systems and applications, as well as support the DIEFFENBACHER Group’s global business processes. 

The Human Resources team is responsible for payroll, time management and supporting the personnel requirements of the specialist departments. Other focuses are comprehensive health management, personnel development and supporting and advising employees with personal concerns, requests and questions.

As a member of our Sales team, you’ll provide customers with committed and reliable support to help them achieve their corporate goals. Through intensive communication with our customers, you’ll ensure they can take advantage of market opportunities, benefit from new production technologies and master the transition to digitalization and greater sustainability.

In strategic and operational purchasing, you and your team will support our production and assembly teams, worldwide construction sites and our customers on time and at the best price.

Is planning and shipping your specialty? Then check out our Logistics department. The delivery of a complete plant that produces wood-based panels can require up to 1,500 truckloads. Be part of a team responsible for smoothly handling shipments by truck, air freight or sea freight to customers worldwide, from the United States to New Zealand. Logistics also takes care of warehouse management, project coordination and export control to ensure compliance with national and international foreign trade and export control regulations.

Project Management roles at DIEFFENBACHER are responsible for leading complex international customer projects from concept through commissioning. Acting as the central interface between customers and internal teams, Project Managers coordinate engineering, schedules, costs, and quality to ensure successful delivery. The role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a strong customer focus in a global industrial environment.

In your administrative position, you’ll assist your team with your forward-looking organizational skills. You are the central interface for the respective area and contribute significantly to the success and assistance of the management level.
