A freely selectable fiber orientation in the component ensures that the component can be perfectly optimized and improved to suit its application and load paths. As a supplier of turnkey production plants with clever automation solutions, we ensure that production processes run safely and reliably.

To ensure that ever shorter cycle times can be met, high technical availability and reliable machine technology are required. Dieffenbacher composites systems guarantee reliable processes thanks to an analysis function during system operation. By using high-performance thermoplastics, cycle times can be drastically reduced (compared to thermoset plastics) without any loss in component performance.

The use of process data acquisition ensures the storage of all component-specific parameters and their subsequent evaluation. In addition, our lines can be equipped with tracking tools. Each component is assigned a customer-specific code that contains information related to its manufacture. By scanning the component downstream, the data can be determined and evaluated, and the production process can be adjusted if necessary.
