Salary, security and stability
You’ll receive a fair, performance-related salary per the applicable IG Metall collective agreement. In addition, you’ll receive a performance bonus and, if applicable, a shift allowance and travel allowance. Use your annual budget for work clothing to meet your individual needs.

Working hours
Regular working hours in production at the Eppingen site are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Occupational groups that build systems and machines have a regular two-shift operation from 6:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Fridays, the early shift begins at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 12.15 p.m., while the late shift begins at 12:15 p.m. and ends at 6:30 p.m. Night shifts and Saturday shifts, necessary when workloads are high, are voluntary. Overtime is paid per the applicable collective agreements.

Place of work
DIEFFENBACHER production sites are located in Germany, China, the Czech Republic and Canada. At our largest production site in Eppingen, you’ll work either in the office or in one of our production halls, depending on the job. Thanks to our convenient location in Eppingen, you can walk to the town center in 5-10 minutes for your break times. There are also break rooms, a canteen and green spaces on the factory premises.
