The right solution for all panel types

Medium density fiberboards are extremely easy to work with. They can easily be profiled, painted and coated. Their attractive appearance means MDF boards are mainly used in the furniture industry, in the construction industry, or in interior finishing. Depending on requirements, you can produce up to 60 mm thick MDF boards with densities of 650-800 kg/m³ on our plants.

High density fiberboards with a density of more than 800 kg/m³ are harder than MDF boards and are usually produced with board thicknesses of up to 8 mm. HDF boards are used where special stability and resilience are required, for example, as furniture back boards or carrier boards for laminate flooring. With Dieffenbacher, your boards will meet the highest requirements.

Dynamic areas of application such as the modern furniture industry are increasingly demanding wood-based panels, which are becoming thinner and thinner while at the same time having a high density and being extremely resilient. Easily meet these requirements and produce THDF boards up to 1 mm thin with a density between 850-990 kg/m³.
