How heat recovery concepts help you cut emissions and save energy costs

In a wood-based panel plant, energy users include the press, belt, drum dryer and the production building itself. Usually, these users emit part of the energy in the form of hot exhaust air, which must be cleaned before it can be released into the environment.

This is where CEBRO’s heat recovery concepts come into play. They enable efficient heat transfer by connecting the heat emitting machine (heat source) with the heat requesting machine (heat sink). Examples of heat sinks include gluing, the energy system or district heating, the belt dryer and the production building.
