Increase your productivity with customized automation solutions from DIEFFENBACHER.
The majority of SMC processing applications still rely on manual processes. DIEFFENBACHER’s automation solutions take your parts production to the next level. Our systems replace the error-prone and time-consuming manual steps in cutting and stacking by fully automating them. This significantly increases productivity, system efficiency and process stability.
Using various slitting and cutting machines and cutting technologies, we can process a wide range of materials such as SMC, prepreg and dry fiber fabrics – even for complex part geometries.
Preconfigured semi-finished products like GMT and organo sheets are also processed into composite parts in a fully automated pressing process. This includes heating the components, efficiently and quickly loading them into the press using a robot, and post-processing, cooling and stacking.
The efficient and reproducible manufacturing of metal components is essential across a wide range of industries. Automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers, the food and chemical industries and producers of household appliances and sinks are just some of the sectors that benefit from the automated production of individual components.
Automation increases productivity through coordinated manufacturing steps and short handling paths while also ensuring consistently high quality throughout the production process – reducing rework costs and scrap rates.
