As a wood technician, you’ll commission systems worldwide, make service calls and develop innovations for our systems and products. You’ll play a key role at our customers’ construction sites and get their systems up and running.
You’ll work on product innovation, directly on systems or in process engineering. Sustainability is always a high priority. When considering the use of alternative raw materials or biodegradable processes, your creativity is encouraged.
Team spirit is essential at Dieffenbacher. As a wood technician performing system commissioning worldwide, you’ll be in constant contact with local teams on site and the technology team worldwide. Problems are discussed, and solutions are developed together.

Depending on the job and position, you may be required to travel up to 90% of the time. That means you’ll get to know new countries and cultures around the world. That’s because our customers operate our machines and systems in over 80 countries, from Egypt to New Zealand.
You’ll benefit from flights regularly and be compensated with additional vacation time if your flights occur on personal time.
During your time in the office, you’ll work in Eppingen or from your residence in Germany. It’s your choice.
