Maximum quality of the semi-finished material due to a closed-loop control for all quality-determining process variables

The fully automated HighLine enables a stable production process and consistent product quality and reproducibility, without employee intervention. All control parameters,for example  temperature, speed, doctor box gap, pressure and the impregnation unit gap, are adjusted automatically and continuously monitored by sensors. Recipes and machine settings are stored in the control system and automatically adjusted when the recipe is changed. The HighLine is available in a working width of 1,600 mm.

High-quality SMC material production on an industrial scale

The EcoLine is available in working widths of 1,000 mm and 1,600 mm and enables the production of high-quality SMC material on an industrial scale for series production thanks to two high precision doctor boxes and further core elements such as a wide roving cutter and a high performance impregnation unit.
