The new Forming Station PB for more efficient particleboard production consists of the newly developed WindFormer and PB Scalper. Its compact design is up to 10 m shorter than a 4-head forming station. A complete aerodynamic redesign of the WindFormer enables a 30% reduction in the amount of air to be moved while improving separation. The PB Scalper increases spreading accuracy and can eliminate the need for a second core layer spreading head.
