Lothar Fischer leaves DIEFFENBACHER Management Board as planned

Stefan Zipf is the company’s new CTO

The planned transition of the chief technology officer (CTO) role at German machinery and plant manufacturer DIEFFENBACHER was completed on April 30, with Stefan Zipf replacing Lothar Fischer, who had been CTO since early 2018. Zipf was appointed to the Management Board and identified as the company’s incoming CTO in August 2025.

“In his eight years at DIEFFENBACHER, Mr. Fischer helped to strengthen our supply chains and further expand our global production network,” says DIEFFENBACHER CEO Christian Dieffenbacher. “We thank Mr. Fischer for his commitment and tireless efforts and are pleased that he will continue to serve as a consultant to us,” he adds.
