Hot Gas Cyclone
The cyclone is refractory lined and can be equipped with a ceramic or a temperature-resistant steel immersion pipe with variable length. The separation efficiency, pressure drop, and admissible operation temperatures vary with the immersion pipe’s length and material.
The cyclone is installed downstream of grate or dust combustion chambers.
